Made with 8mm beads in natural Cherry Quartz, Rose Quartz, Howlite and Clear Jade crystal beads.  Added to it is one white lava rock bead which you can add a few drops of essential oil to if you wish and use the bracelet as a sensory bracelet.

These crystals are natural and 8mm in size.

Measure your wrist with a tape measure and add half an inch if you like a looser fit.

Each one is handmade with a high quality elastic and if you roll it on and off your wrist it will be with you for a long time.
